“Ultraflote LLC” has closed their manufacturing operations.
On August 1st, 2022, all intellectual property held by “Ultraflote LLC” was purchased and transferred to Associated Civil Constructors (ACC). ACC is doing business as (dba) “Ultraflote Domes, Roofs & Seals” (UFDRS). Production is now under ACC dba “Ultraflote Domes, Roofs & Seals (UFDRS)”, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Associated Construction & Engineering (ACE).
Background and Experience
Over their 50 years of history Ultraflote Corporation offered industry-defining internal floating roofs, aluminum geodesic domes, and other prefabricated aluminum structures. Over 15,000 storage solutions were produced for some of the top names in the oil & gas industry - including British Petroleum, Exxon, Shell, Chevron and more – as well as many other industrial and municipal applications.
Associated Construction & Engineering (ACE) and family has storage tank construction experience going back 22 years. ACE is well known for its highly successful construction companies: Paso Robles Tank, Inc., Associated Tank Constructors, Inc., Canyon Springs Enterprises, Inc. The ACE family of companies are known for their quality, delivery, and cost, and are all well respected in the industry.
UFDRS inherits half a century of excellence from Ultraflote Corporation. By combining UFDRS with the existing ACE infrastructure UFDRS can now provide customers with turnkey projects incorporating a wider range of construction services. Still the same great products, but now under the name UltraFlote Domes, Roofs and Seals.
